Happy Holiday Creativity

I’m not back from Hawaii yet, but I have done a little thinking about the next Creative Challenge and I figured I didn’t need to wait. Really, the subject matter is obvious, right? We’re heading into one of my favorite times of year, and I hope you like the holidays as well. So from now until December 31, I’d love to see your holiday creations—anything from a Christmas tree ornament or greeting card to home décor or scrapbook page. You name it, if it has to do with the holidays, send it in!

I do hope the holidays are a fabulous time for you. I’m already so excited about everything that is in store. And while it’s an extremely busy time, it’s also a wonderful time to be grateful. I’ll be looking for your Creative Challenge submissions. . .

Here is my first creation for this year. It is a little box made with the scallop envelope die for the Big Shot. I have candy in it but you can put lots of different things there.

Christmas is my favorite time of year. This is a project I did for one of my mini camps - I hope you like it. The colors appear a little bit brighter than they really are.

Hard narrowing down my favorite cards, but I decided on this one since I live near the ocean and because it was a hit at my Marker Club.

These are some Christmas Cards I designed for a class. They are a little more detailed than the quick & easy style...but not hard at all to make!

Here is my first entry, I am just linking to the card. My mom and you are rather similar and this is one of her favorites of my cards. I am really loving the Alpine ribbon originals, it's an inspiring color combination.

Thanks for looking--

This second project is the favorite of my nephew Liam, mostly because chocolate was involved! My brother-in-law was duly impressed with the Decor Elements and I'll be sharing the brochure with him when he comes up for Thanksgiving next week with the rest of the family.

I am in a swap using products mostly from the SU Holiday mini catalog. This swap is for Anything But A Card, so I chose to do Christmas tags. I did 6 sets of each today, and like the way they turned out!

Of course when the Spooky Spider jar was all the rage in October I decided I wanted one for all the holidays, so I also made one with the Jingle all the Way Decor Element. It's already on the table, full of chocolate!!

While I am here Shelli- I also wanted to show you this project using the Large Decor Elements- Jingle all the Way in Real Red. I loved the shadow box that was shown to us at Convention for Thanksgiving... and knew I had to make one for Christmas too! It's really big- the frame is 16 x 20! I can't wait to hang it on my wall!

Hi Shelli, I loved your Santa pennant at Convention. Since then I have also seen Rudolph done. My sister Kris and I made them both and then she said "Let's try an Elf". This is what we came up with.

Thank you everyone for sharing. It is hard to show a shaker card in photos, but that is what the snowglobe area is. Love this set Shelli. Happy Holidays to all! Happy creating too.

I was encouraged to post this for your challenge after posting it on my blog and using it for a swap. I hope you like it as well.

I was so happy with how this card turned out. A great card for including a family photo on the inside pullout. And the "tag" could be used as an ornament - just add a piece of cording through the ribbon on top. Or use as a bookmark for your favorite holiday book or favorite holiday recipe.
