Sensational Scrapbook Spreads

Here in the US, May marks National Scrapbooking Month. I realize that it might not be a national month of scrapbooking in our other markets, but I suspect many of us enjoy scrapbooking, no matter what month it is! (And please note that just because I say I enjoy it doesn’t mean I’m caught up—nowhere near, in fact!)

So this month I thought we’d celebrate scrapbooking! I’ve love to see your spreads . . . traditional, My Digital Studio (for those markets who have it), or a mix of the two. Scrapbooking projects bring such fulfillment and joy, and I am really looking forward to seeing your projects!

Here's one of what I'm sure is many MDS pages to come this month. I'm not even a scrapbooker but with MDS it makes it so easy! I can't get enough of that program-it's fantastic!!!

Hi Shelli - I saw your challenge on Stampin' Connection, and I had to join in the fun! I am fairly new to scrapbooking,as there seemed to be a NEED to do something with ALL the pictures that I have taken over the years...or so that is what my family keeps telling me anyway. :) Thanks for the opportunity to share a little bit of me with you. Here is one of my Favorite pictures of my boys -

I set a very lofty goal to scrapbook 365 pages this year. Wanted to push myself to explore more product and of course MDS as well. So far I have over 70 12x12 pages done. You can see them here in the gallery - http://remarkablycreated.com/gallery/365-scrapbook-pages/
It's been fun to use new and old product. To mix and match traditional and MDS. Anything's been fair game and I can't wait to make more dents in my goal.

Here's one my Scrap Club will be doing this month. I have the others created but not up on my blog yet . . . I'll post those later.

Thanks!

Great challenge! Here are the first couple of pages I've created in MDS for a book I'm planning to finish and print this month (have to take advantage of the wonderful special!):

Thanks so much,

Hi Shelli :)

I must say I was a little giddy when I saw your challenge this month- I love to scrapbook!

I first created a My Digital Studio Page:
http://www.anewinkonlife.com/a-new-ink-on-life/2011/05/laughter-happiness-and-delight-with-my-digital-studio.html

Then decided to print it out and create my first hybrid page:

Thanks so much for the challenge,

Jenn

This is a scrapbook i made for a class i am holding this month in honour of International Scrapbooking month. I don't do many scrapbooking classes so this was a special way to do a +One kind of thing.I'm really happy with it and will get to teach something new with the new Tasteful Trim die with ribbon and DSP and using the Multipurpose adhesive sheets to attach them (just love that!)

I thought I would share some of my favorite scrapbook pages with you -
http://monikastamp.wordpress.com/2011/02/28/one-of-a-kind-mds-page/
This next one doesn't have any pictures on it yet - I hope it's still ok to include it - I really like how it turned out I just haven't found the perfect pictures for it yet - http://monikastamp.wordpress.com/2011/02/11/i-love-this-valentine-scrapbook-page/
And this next one I have two versions of the same layout - one is MDS and the other is traditional scrapbooking -

Here is one of my entry's into the challenge. I was asked to make something for a workshop that would be suitable for card makers and scrapbookers so I made the journal pocket which can be attached to a card front or a layout. Hope you like it........

Thanks for the scrapbook challenge. Scrapbooking is what got me into Stampin' Up! in 1999.

I've really been inspired by Project 52 over at the MDS website. And now with the MDS printing special this month, I'm really picking up the pace. Thank you for the push!
