Jars, Tags, and Labels . . . Oh, My!
Wednesday, August 15, 2012 at 11:16PM Sara Douglass is guest blogging today.
Last week Mom shared her convention projects with you, and she invited me to share mine with you this week. I’d love to!
I had lots of fun brainstorming ideas for these convention projects. Jars are trendy and TONS of fun! They’re great for storage as well as packaging, they’re pretty affordable, and there are so many things you can do with them.
The tags and labels were fun to play with too!
What’s been even more fun is giving them away since convention is over! Stella got her jar for her birthday, a girl I work with got the Forever wedding gift, and my Grandpa Paul gets the jar with the bird on it because it reminds me of my Grandma Heather. And I’ve got plans for most of the other jars and projects too.
Loving what we do and sharing what we love. . .that’s what it’s all about!

Thank you!
Rubber Hugs,
What a great idea for a bridal/baby shower!
Hope to see more at Chattanooga Regionals next month! Can't wait!
Like Joyce, I'd also really like to see the recipe for the seasoned salt, if you could email it, or publish it on your blog, please.
Thanks. And thanks for all your other beautiful creations too.

Leslie and Kim- The manicure jar is just a medium sized jar I found at Walmart. I stamped the name with White Stazon. The pom pom on top is easy... just strips of fabric stacked and tied in the center. Then, I hot glued it to the top of the jar.
Homemade Seasoned Salt
1/2 c. Kosher salt
2 t. Paprika
1 t. Onion powder
1 T. Pepper
2 t. Garlic powder
1 t. Ground red pepper (I used red pepper flakes - cause that was all I had)
Makes 1/2 pt. jar
Mix all ingredients together.
